- On call support with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues
- System maintenance visits to customer site: the scope of the visits shall be agreed on with customer before visits.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness to the clients’ requests.
- Directly report to the Technical Manager

What we Expect from you?
- Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
- Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations
- Ability to travel up on a regular basis to client sites
