EQUATE PI Migration and UpgradeIn 2021, EMI delivered critical migration and upgrade services to EQUATE Petrochemical Company under their ongoing support contract. The project centered on enhancing the PI System infrastructure by implementing PI OPC HDA (Historical Data Access) to improve historical data management and accessibility. EMI also migrated the primary and secondary PI Servers to an updated, more reliable infrastructure designed to boost scalability and system performance. A major focus was to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition during the migration, maintaining data integrity and system availability throughout.
